I hereby tender my resignation as an employee of the Cameron Independent School District effective as of 11:59 p.m. August 8, 2001. My resignation as an employee of the Cameron Independent School District is hereby tendered subject to, and in accordance with, the terms, conditions and provisions of that certain Resignation Agreement between the Cameron Independent School District and my husband, Douglas A. Koebernick, dated effective August 8, 2001.
