 Precinct 3 Commissioner Dale Jaecks cuts the ribbon on the south entrance while County Judge Frank Summers stands by. (CAMERON) Ribbons were cut simultaneously at each of the 4 entrances to the Milam County Courthouse. Commissioners cut the ribbons when the clock struck 3 p.m.
