Groundbreaking Held For New High School

(CAMERON)  Groundbreaking ceremonies for the new $15 million high school complex were held today in front of Yoe High School.  The Yoe High Student body along with School Board members, construction, architect and engineer personnel, as well as representatives from the city and county government were on hand for today's historical event.

Utilities were moved during spring break and construction will begin immediately on the project that is targeted for completion in late summer or early fall of 2004.

Dignitaries who were on today's program thanked the public for their support in the bond election, and the future of our children.  Many expressed their gratitude for the board and those responsible for bringing the project to fruition.  Below are those who were part of the program.
