CAMERON BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION READY FOR BUSINESS

   
 
  (Above) Curb, Pavement and utilities have been installed in Cameron's new Business Park.
 

(CAMERON)  Cameron’s new 48 acre Business Park Subdivision is now open and looking for tenants.  The site, located on Hwy 36 east is divided into 17 lots ranging from 1 to 4.5 acres.  Cameron Industrial Foundation President Ken Harriss said The Business Park is something Cameron can be proud of.  Harriss said a couple of businesses and one light industry have shown some interest in locating in the park, however, no tenants have been secured.  Harriss said the park offers a variety of incentive packages.  For information contact Cameron Chamber and Economic Development Director Earline Cloudt.  The Cameron Industrial Foundation is the marketing arm for the Cameron Industrial Development Corporation. 

   
 
 

(Below)  The 48 acres is divided into 17 lots ranging from 1 to 4.5 acres.  The lots can be combined for larger plots.
