Fathers Day Coffee

Cake


1 Small pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding

4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a 9x13" casserole dish. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the pudding, cake mix, 4 eggs, milk, vegetable oil, butter and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended. Pour half the batter in the prepared dish, and spread evenly. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Pour this mixture evenly over batter mixture in dish. Pour remaining batter on top and swirl batter with knife. Bake 40 minutes, serve warm.
