Egg Less Wacky Cake
1-1/2 cups Flour 1 cup Sugar (or Splenda) 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 6 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa 1cup cold water 6 Tablespoons Oil 1 Tablespoon Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract | |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa with a fork until well blended in an ungreased 9x9x2" baking pan. In a 2 cup measuring cup, put the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla extract. Pour into the dry mixture and mix together until well blended with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Frost with your favorite chocolate icing. | |
