Summer Tomato
Casserole
4 Large Tomatoes, Sliced 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Tablespoon Splenda 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, Grated | |
Grease an 8" X 8" casserole dish. Place layer of tomatoes on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Bread Crumbs, Splenda and Cheese. Repeat Layers ending with the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Serves 4. |
