Crock pot Enchiladas
2 lb. Ground meat (browned and drained) 1/2 Onion or to taste, Chopped Small can chopped green chilies Small can evaporated milk Enchilada sauce (mild or hot) 1 lb. cubed Velveeta Cheese 12 corn tortillas, cut in quarters. | |
Mix together and cook in crockpot for approximately 4 hours on medium-low. | |
