Easy Cheese Cake


1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can pie filling of your choice
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and mix with mixer on medium speed until the cheese is fluffy. Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Mix in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate 2 or 3 hours. Also place a can of pie filling in the refrigerator to cool off. (Any flavor, Cherry, Blueberry or Strawberry) When ready to serve, open can of filling and spoon over top of cheese cake.
