Oven Barbecue Chicken


One chicken; cut-up, or chicken breast or pieces
1 TBSP Lemon juice
1 TSP Dry mustard
1 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Red Pepper (optional)
2 TBSP Vinegar
2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Worcestershire
3 TBSP Catsup
3 TBSP Brown Sugar
4 TBSP Water
To make sauce: Mix all ingredients together, heat until warm, then let cool.

Dip each piece of chicken in sauce, pour any remaining sauce over chicken. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees in a heavy foiled pan with lid.
