Hamburger Pie

2 pounds ground beef 1 medium onion finely chopped 2 cans (15 ounces) ranch style beans 2 (16 ounces) packages Jiffy cornbread mix prepared according to package directions | |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown Meat, then add onions and cook until soft. Drain grease off of meat and onions add salt and pepper to taste. Mix beans and meat mixture together. Layer mixture in a 9x13" baking dish. Pour cornbread mixture on top of meat and bake for 30 minutes. |
