Peach Cheese Pie
3/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 - 3 ounce box vanilla pudding (not instant) 3/4 cup sugar, divided 1/2 cup milk 1 - 8 ounce cream cheese (soft) 1 - 16 ounce can peaches 1 egg Topping: 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, 1/4 cup sugar, milk, and egg. Pour into a 10" greased pie pan. Drain peaches reserving juice. Place peaches over batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon mixture over peaches to within 1 inch of pan edge. Combine Cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over top. Bake 35 minutes. |
