Smoked Sausage

1-1/2 c Smoked Sausage, sliced 1/4 c Diced Onion 6 Eggs 1/2 c Milk 1/4 c Sour Cream Salt and Pepper, to taste 1-1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese | |
 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook sausage and onion in oven-proof skillet. Whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the sausage with 1 c cheddar cheese, then pour egg mix over top. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 18 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve. |
