Mandarin Orange

Pineapple Cake


1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
11 oz Mandarin Oranges, drained, 1/3 c liquid reserved
4 Eggs
20 oz Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 container Cool Whip, thawed
In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, oranges, and reserved orange liquid. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour mix into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake 35-40 min at 350 degrees. Cool completely, about 1 hour. In medium bowl, combined pineapple and dry pudding mix. Stir together until well blended. Add whipped topping to mix. Gentry stir until mix in completely combined. Spread mix over cake. Refrigerate until fully chilled.
