Pecan Coffee Cake


1 c Sugar
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
2 c Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 c Coarsely Chopped Pecans
Grease a 9x13 pan and set oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, milk, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla together; combine well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Slowly add dry mix to wet mix and make sure it is well combined. Pour batter into greased baking pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, pecans, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mix over batter. Bake in over for 30-35 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
