Sock It To Me Cake

Cake: 1 box Yellow Butter Recipe Cake Mix 3/4 c Cooking Oil 1/2 c Sugar 8 oz Sour Cream 4 Eggs Filling: 3 tbsp Light Brown Sugar 1/2 c Chopped Pecans 2 tsp Cinnamon Icing: 1 heaping c Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp Melted Butter 2 tbsp Milk 1 tsp Vanilla | |
 | Put cake mix into a large bowl for mixer. Mix in sugar. Make a "well" and put oil and sour cream into it and mix slowly. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each addition. Pour half batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Mix filling ingredients together and spread over batter and then pour remaining half of batter over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove and let set 10-15 min. Flip out of pan onto a cake plate and frost. Make frosting by combining ingredients and mixing to desired consistency. |
