Baked Chicken Suprise


4 Chicken Breasts (skinless) split in half and flattened
1 envelope of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
1 Cup Catalina Salad Dressing
Place Chicken Breasts in a 9x13" baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick oil. (Such as Pam). Sprinkle Soup Mix over the top of Chicken. Cover chicken with the Cranberry Sauce. Then pour 1 cup of Catalina Salad Dressing over the top of the Cranberry Sauce. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees or until chicken is fully cooked. Makes 6-8 servings.
