Chicken Noodle

Casserole


1 (10.5 oz.) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10.5 oz.) Can Chicken Noodle Soup
1 (5 oz.) Can Chow Mein Noodles
1 (5 oz.) Can Chicken
1 (5 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
1 (7 oz.) Can Sliced Mushrooms.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2 1/2 quart oven proof baking dish with a non-stick spray. Pour the undiluted soups into the dish. Add just half of the Chow Mein Noodles and the Evaporated Milk. Stir together until well mixed. Drain the Chicken and the Mushrooms, then stir them both into the mixture. Top with the remaining Chow Mein Noodles. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
