Cheesy Taco Potato

Puff Casserole

14 oz Frozen Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs
10 oz RoTel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix
1 c Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 8x8 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place potato puffs and drained tomatoes into dish. Sprinkle evenly with taco seasoning. Toss together. Bake 25 min or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp, turning gently once about halfway through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
