Homemade Pimento


2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
4 oz Diced Pimentos, drained
1/2 tsp Dried Mustard
Thoroughly mix all ingredients and use to make pimento cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, as a spread on crackers, or served alongside your favorite fried green tomatoes or sliced fresh tomatoes. Store leftover in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
