Lemon Cheesecake

Crescent Rolls

1 pkg refrigerated Crescent Rolls
4 oz Cream Cheese, cold
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Lemon Extract
zest of 1/2 Lemon
1 c Powdered Sugar
1-1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
zest of 1/2 Lemon
In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon extract, and lemon zest. Beat on medium-high until mix comes together. Unroll crescent dough into triangles. Spoon cream cheese filling into wide end of each triangle. Gently roll dough, starting with wide end and tucking in the corners, into crescent shapes. Place 2" apart on lightly greased or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 12-14 min or until golden brown. Let rolls cool. Prepare glaze by combining ingredients until smooth. Drizzle glaze over rolls.
