Orange Creamsicle

Bundt Cake

1 box White Cake Mix
1 small box Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/2 c Sour Cream
3/4 c Oil
1/4 c Water
3/4 c Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
1/2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
3 c Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt Pan. In large bowl, mix cake ingredients together for 3 min on high. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 35-40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let sit in pan for 5 min, then invert onto cooling rack. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat on high until creamy. Scoop frosting into large zip lock bag and cut a hole in the bag corner. When cake is cool, pipe frosting over cake in a back and forth method. Garnish with orange zest if desired.
