Bacon Breakfast


1 c Flour
3/4 c White Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 c Bacon Bits
1/2 c Butter
1 Egg, beaten
2 c Corn Flakes cereal
1/4 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 250 degree. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda in a bowl. Stir in bacon bits, butter, and egg until well blended. Fold corn flakes and cheese into flour mix. Use a scoop to drop 1 tbsp of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven about 13-15 min or until golden brown.
