Jalapeno Pepper Pie

11.5 oz jar/can of sliced lengthwise Jalapeno Peppers, drained, added to 1 c of Sugar and allowed to blend overnight in a ziplock bag in the fridge
2 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
6 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 c Sweet Onion, minced
1/4 c Cilantro, chopped
Spray pie pan with Pam. Sprinkle half of cheese in 9-inch pie pan. Top with peppers and remaining cheese. Pour eggs over top. Top with cilantro and diced onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or until lightly brown and set.
