Chili Cheese Dog Pot


2 c Biscuit Baking Mix
2/3 c Water
3 c Chili with Beans
1/2 lb Hot Dogs, sliced
2 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, mix together baking mix and water to form smooth dough. Set aside. Spread half the chili onto bottom of a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Make a layer of hot dogs over the chili. Cover hot dog layer with cheese, then top with remaining chili. On lightly floured surface, roll out biscuit dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Lay dough over contents of dish and poke with a few slits to vent steam. Bake 15-25 min in preheated oven, or until top is golden brown.
