Tamale Casserole

2 (15 oz) cans Chili without Beans
1 (15 oz) can Beef Tamales
1 (11.5 oz) can Whole Kernel Corn with Red and Green Peppers, drained
1/2 c Yellow Onion, chopped
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Corn Chips for serving
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, lightly mix chili, tamales, corn, onion, and 1/2 cup cheese. Place mixture into 8x8 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 min or until hot and bubbly. On serving plate, layer corn chips and casserole. Can also eat as a dip.
