Homemade Pineapple


1 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 small can (8oz) Dole Crushed Pineapple
1 Tablespoon confectioners sugar
1 small bag of chopped pecans
1 Small green bell pepper, deseeded and chopped in Processor
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar, drain pineapple and reserve some of the juice, add pineapple and bell pepper into the cream cheese and beat until well combined. Add in a little of the pineapple juice to thin it out to a spreading consistency. Mix in by hand the pecans. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
