Chocolate Sheet Cake


1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 c Canola Oil
1/2 c Chopped Pecans
1/2 c Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Milk
2 c Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. Stir in pecans by hand. Scoop dough balls and place onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 mins or until edges set. Remove from oven and allow to cool before transferring to rack. In medium saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, and milk over medium heat. Whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in powdered sugar until smooth. Place wax paper under wire rack to catch excess chocolate. Spoon icing onto each cookie, covering the top. Allow icing to harden before enjoying.
