S'mores Cookies

1 c Finely Crushed Graham Crackers (about 7 whole graham crackers)
1/4 c Powdered Sugar
6 tbsp Butter, melted
12 Marshmallows, regular size, not mini
2 full size Hershey Chocolate Bars, divided into 24 pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixing bowl, combine graham crackers, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with non-stick spray. Scoop the graham cracker mix into 24 cups. Gently press crumbs into bottom of each cup and up sides to form little cups. Bake the mini graham cracker crusts for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each marshmallow in half to make 24 round marshmallows. Place 1 marshmallow in each graham cracker cup, cut side of marshmallow facing down. Set oven to broil. Place pan of s'mores in the oven under broiler for 1-2 minutes, just until marshmallows are soft and starting to look toasted. Note: they burn fast, so watch closely. Top each marshmallow with 1 piece of chocolate. Allow to cool 15 minutes, use a butter knife to lift out of the pan.
