Tuna Macaroni Salad

12 oz Elbow Macaroni
5 oz Tuna or Chicken, drained
2 stalks Celery, chopped
2 tbsp Sweet Onion, chopped
10 oz Baby Peas, drained
1 c Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
Pinch Salt & Pepper
3 Hard-Cooked Eggs, quartered
Pinch Paprika, for garnish
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. In a large bowl, stir together macaroni, tuna, celery, onion, and peas. Mix in mayo, relish, salt, and pepper. Garnish with egg wedges and paprika. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
