Brown Sugar Bacon


1/2 c Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Dry Mustard Powder
1 lb Thick Sliced Bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack. Use a pan that has sides to catch the grease. Set aside. In small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and mustard powder. Press each slice of bacon into mix and rub in until coated. Twist each strip of bacon several times until tight and place on prepared rack. Bake until bacon is browned and crisp enough to hold shape, about 20-30 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve.
