Cornmeal Pie

Ingredients

Instructions

1 Stick of Butter

2 Eggs

2 Cups Sugar

1/2 Cup Milk

6 Tbs. Cornmeal

1 Tsp. Vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in microwave, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into an un-baked pie shell. Bake 45-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
