| 2 Egg Whites |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks, adding the sugar a little at a time. Fold in the pecans, chips, salt and vanilla. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and grease with butter. Place in oven. Turn OFF the oven and leave for at least 2 hours or overnight. |
