Low-Cal Fruit Dip

 

Ingredients

Instructions

1 Carton (8 oz) Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Small Curd)
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Combine Cottage Cheese, Honey, Cinnamon and Nutmeg in a blender or food processor.  Cover and blend until smooth.  Serve with assorted fruit that has been washed and sliced into bite size pieces.

Refrigerate any left over dip.
