Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease & flour a 9x13 cake pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, and oil until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add Dr Pepper and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 min. Cool 10 min before removing from pan. Frost when cooled.

For frosting, cream sugar, cream cheese, butter, cocoa, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add pecans and mix well. Frost when cake is cooled.
