| 1 lb Lean Ground Beef |
Brown the ground beef with the onions and bell pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, except tamales, and simmer covered about 10 min. Gently stir in cut-up tamales and serve.

| 2 (16 oz) cans Tamales, unwrapped and cut into 1-inch pcs. | |
