Coconut Pie




2 cups of Milk
4 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Bisquick
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 tbs. Butter, melted
3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup shredded Coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Coat a 9" pie dish with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour mixture into dish and bake for 50-55 mins. Serve warm. Store leftover in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
