2 stacks Club Crackers (or Ritz Crackers) |
Cook milk and dates over low heat, mashing dates with the back of a spoon until hot all the way through. Add pecans and vanilla. Spread over crackers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and cool. For frosting: Beat all ingredients until smooth, spread over cooled date crackers. |
