Instructions |
| 4 whole chicken breasts split in half |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken. line a 9x13" baking dish with foil. Place chicken in dish. Combine soup mix, dressing and preserves in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes to make it crusty. Can be served over rice. |

| 1 (9 ounce) jar Apricot preserves | |
| Salt and Pepper for taste | |
| 1 (8 ounce) Bottle Russian Dressing | |
