1 stick Butter |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend butter, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add corn and jalapeno pepper. Mix well and then add 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish, cover and bake 30 min. Remove from oven and add remaining cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and bake another 10 min. |
