1 small Cabbage, coarsely chopped |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cabbage in a casserole dish, sprinkle onions over top. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix soup and mayonnaise. Spread mix over cabbage. Melt other 1/2 stick of butter and mix with grated cheese and crushed crackers. Spread over top of casserole. Bake about 45 min or until top is browned and inside is bubbly. |
