| 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened |
| 2 tbsp Sour Cream |
| 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice |
| 1/4 tsp Vanilla |

2-4 tbsp Sugar or Sugar Substitute |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a microwave safe coffee cup or bowl. Microwave on high 90 seconds, stopping to stir ingredients every 30 seconds. Refrigerate before serving. Options: top with fruit, caramel, or nuts.
