Combine brown sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and peanut butter in a medium size bowl and beat with mixer until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Place sliced bananas over bottom of prepared crust. Spread brown sugar/peanut butter mix over bananas. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Place pie in freezer for 8 hours. Take pie out 30 mins. before serving to allow for partial thawing. Slice and serve. TIP: You can use any sugar substitute along with reduced fat cream cheese and peanut butter. |
