Brown meat with onion. Add tomatoes and beans; simmer for 15 min. Set aside cheese. Mix remaining ingredients together to make the Cornbread mixture. Pour meat mixture into a greased casserole dish; sprinkle cheese on top, then spread cornbread mixture over all. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until Cornbread is brown on top. |
