Pineapple Cloud Pie




1 can (20oz.) crushed Pineapple w/ juice

Combine crushed pineapple with lemon pudding mix and beat by hand until well blended. Reserve 8 slices of Oranges for garnish. Gently stir in Cool Whip and drained orange. Pour into pie crust. Arrange orange slices on top. Chill for 8 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.

1 box instant Lemon Pudding

1 carton (8oz.) Cool Whip

1 can (11oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained

1 graham cracker pie-crust (9 inch)
