4 Cups chopped fresh pears, (peeled and cored) |

2 cups sugar |
Cream Sugar, nuts and pears. Let stand 1 hour. Stirring occasionally. Mix dry ingredients, add to pear mixture. Add oil, vanilla and eggs. Mix by hand. Pour into a well greased tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes @ 350 degrees. |
