Beef Taco Skillet




1 lb. Ground Beef, lean

1 can (10.75 oz.) Tomato Soup

1/2 cup Salsa

1/2 cup Water

1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

4 Flour Tortillas, cut into 1" pieces

Cook beef in 10" skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 mins. Stir. Top with cheese and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
