Sift flour and baking powder. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and Jello. Cream well after each addition. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Gradually add flour mixture. Roll into balls and press down with Jello coated press, bottom of glass, or patterned cookie press. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min. |
