Peach Crumb Cobbler




2 Cups Fresh Peaches (sliced)

1/3 Cup Low Fat Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg

2 Tbsp. Diet Margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sliced peaches in the bottom of a 8x8x2" baking pan. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Gradually blend in margarine and sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serving size of half the recipe counts as 1 fruit and starch. 129 Calories, 2.4 grams Protein, 3.7 grams Fat and 177mg Sodium and 22 grams carbohydrates.
