White Bean Dip

 

Ingredients

1 can (19 oz) Cannellini Beans, drained & rinsed

3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (about 1 Lemon)
Salt & Pepper, to taste

In food processor, combine beans, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Place puree in serving bowl and sprinkle with chili powder over top if desired. Serve with toasted pita chips.
